Rent can be paid electronically through a bank account or if you’d prefer, you can pay rent in cash at a local Dollar General or Walmart.

Indoor pets are allowed for all resident-owned homes. Dogs must be on a leash for walks and bathroom breaks.

Yes! You can text and email management in spanish. We can also facilitate phone calls in spanish as needed.

Yes, we can work with you on financing the purchase of your new home.

Most homes are resident-owned and the lots are rented. Occasionally we do have homes available for rent.
